That would be incorrect.  This is a Flat 12, Twin Turbo, 600-1000hp (which was controlled from the drivers seat), Carbon Kevlar bodied Koenig Competition Evolution.  They took Testarossas/TRs and turned them into these beasts.  It may look similar to an F40, but it is more than just a body kit.  They even had to put tape over the Ferrari badges when the delivered them because Ferrari had sued them for modifying and reselling their cars.
